Scope
These terms cover this website and the booking of cleaning services with us. By using the site or booking a cleaning, you agree to what is written here.
Estimates and quotes
An estimate is not a binding quote. Prices depend on the size and condition of your space and the frequency you choose. A price becomes final only after we confirm the job with you.
Scheduling and cancellation
We book a date and time with you in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can adjust our route. We will do the same if anything on our side changes.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours of the visit. We come back and re-clean that area at no extra charge.
Insurance and liability
We are fully insured. If something is damaged during a visit, report it to us within 24 hours so we can look into it and make it right. Reports made after that window are harder for us to verify.
Payment
Payment is due when the cleaning is done, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept Cash, Check, and Zelle.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
