Our services

Move In / Move Out

We clean empty homes and apartments before a move or handover. The job includes cabinet and drawer interiors, appliances, bathrooms, floors, and baseboards. Tell us your moving date when requesting an estimate.

Empty apartment great room, cleaned and ready for move-in

This is a deep clean of an empty space. We work inside cabinets, drawers, and closets, clean appliance interiors, and scrub bathrooms and kitchens down to the grout. Baseboards, door frames, and floors all get detailed so the place looks handed-over, not lived-in.

We work well with tight moving timelines. Tell us your walk-through or closing date and we plan around it. Renters use us to protect a deposit, and sellers and landlords use us to turn a unit fast between tenants.

How We Clean Your Space

01

Initial Deep Cleaning

Your first visit is a top-to-bottom deep clean that sets the baseline for everything after. We reach the built-up spots that get missed day to day. Baseboards, corners, under reachable furniture, tile grout, fixtures, and every surface in your kitchen and bathrooms. This resets the whole space so later visits go faster.

Ongoing Scheduled Cleaning

After the deep clean, we keep your space fresh on a schedule that fits you. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed. Each visit covers dusting, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and the surfaces everyone touches. You get the same team each time, so nothing gets missed.
